Free Online Shopping Donations
Every click helps
Did you know that with almost every online purchase you make, the school could be receiving a small, but much needed donation, completely free of charge! There are a number of ways that you can make this happen:
Amazon Smile is Amazon, the same company, you use the same account, the only difference is that a portion of the revenue made is donated to a chosen charity. It is so easy to use!
Simply type www.smile.amazon.co.uk into your browser, click on the Amazon Smile drop-down tab in the menu bar, and follow the instructions to set up the Friends of Monken Hadley as your chosen charity (you only have to do this once).
Alternatively, you can use your Amazon mobile app by following these instructions:
1. Open the Amazon Shopping app on your device
2. Simply sign up by selecting The Friends of Monken Hadley
3. Open the app and find 'Settings' in the main menu (☰). Tap on ‘AmazonSmile’ and follow the on-screen instructions to turn on AmazonSmile on your phone.
With every purchase made for sticky, personalised name labels, we receive 24% of the purchase amount! Please click the link below to be directed to our My Nametags account:
If accessing the site without the above link, our school ID number is 33599
Another easy and free way to activate donations for our school! If you shop at any of these places (and more), you could be earning £100s for our charity by accessing their site via Easyfundraising.
Just type www.easyfundraising.org.uk into your browser and follow the instructions to select our charity. Again, you only have to do this once. Make sure you add the chrome extension when prompted (or relevant browser), as this will remind you of available donations every time you enter a site that is partnered with the scheme.
They also have a very straightforward app that you can download onto your phone or device.
With limited fundraising opportunities this year, donations via these two methods will make a big difference to our charity. Every little penny really does help!
We’re happy to help you set any of these up if you are having difficulties, just email email@example.com or speak to your class rep.
